Bonjour,

Today was our Christmas decorating day. We had told Gilbert that we
would set the tree up on Monday. As soon as he got up this morning, he
started asking, "When can we do Christmas?"

We got the tree set up. The boys helped put the decorations on. Then,
Gilbert wanted to know where the presents were. I tried to explain that
it would still be awhile before we opened presents. We listened to
Christmas music and then watched a Christmas movie.

After naps, Margie wanted to go for a walk. The children and I went
with her. I was helping the boys put their shoes on. When Bonnie heard
the word "walk," she cried. She didn't want us to leave her behind. As
soon as I put her in the pouch, she smiled really big.

When we got back, I was trying to get the rest of the Christmas
decorations placed so that I could get the table cleared off. Joe made
steak fingers for supper. Yummy!!

Lenell came over for supper. We had a good time of fellowship with
her. After supper, the boys helped me cut out sugar cookies. That was
another thing that we had promised we would do today. The boys cut
several out. After a few minutes, Gilbert said, "I'm done." Danny
didn't just want to cut the cookies out; he wanted to roll the dough out
too. I let him help me a little; then, he got down to go play too.
When the cookies came out of the oven, I put the sprinkles on myself.
Then, of course, we all had to sample one.

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
