Bonjour,

This morning, Joe preached at the fire station.  Then, he went to the mechanic to have some work done on the vehicle.  For about a month now, he has had to open the hood and touch some wires together each time he started the vehicle.  He said that it was his anti-theft device, but it was a little frustrating not to be able just to get in the vehicle and start it up.  He got that fixed today.  He was glad about that.  Then, he went to the school to pick up the registration forms.  He ended up going to lunch with Brother Morgan.
I tried to work on financial reports this morning but did not get a lot accomplished.  Danny kept misplacing things and going into panic mode.  Bonnie was being mean and naughty.  Gilbert did okay except for when it was time to work on reading; he gets frustrated quite easily.  We made it through the morning, and they all took a nap this afternoon.
After naps, Joe took the kids swimming.  I finished filling out the registration forms for school and then started on supper.  Kristine came up to help.  After supper, Kristine made chocolate chip cookies with the kids while I did the dishes.
The boys must have taken too long of a nap today because it is after 10:30, and I keep seeing a little head pop out of their bedroom.  Maybe they will sleep in a little in the morning, but I won't hold my breath!
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
