Bonjour,
This morning, Joe went to get the electric card recharged and checked on the guys who are working on the mower. The mower had rusted out, and they are rebuilding it. In the process, they broke the motor mounts. Joe was not too happy.
The kids and I worked in their bedroom for a while this morning. We got everything sorted and put away.
Joe had invited Bro. Morgan for supper tonight. His wife is in the States. So, I spent some time in the kitchen getting things prepared for supper. The kids helped me put things in the food processor. When Danny pushes down on it, the whole machine strains under the pressure; he is strong!
I have another mosquito bite that is swollen. I took an antihistamine and was ready for nap time today.
After naps, Joe took the kids swimming for a little while. I finished supper preparations. Kristine made an apple cobbler for dessert.
The kids were excited about having company. We had a good time of fellowship. Bonnie climbed up in Brother Morgan's lap after supper and sat there for a while. The boys kept thinking of different stories out of the blue that needed to be told. Brother Morgan brought a big tub of strawberry ice cream. The kids thought that was great. We sent some leftovers home with Brother Morgan. He said that he has been eating a lot of canned goods.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
