Bonjour,
We had Dutch pancakes for breakfast this morning. Danny ate a bowl of cereal before I got the pancakes made. Then, he ate four pancakes. He is only four years old, but he sure does eat a lot! I guess he is a growing boy.
This morning, Bonnie was holding something that one of the boys wanted. She said, "You can't take it; I'm the gingerbread man." She has learned to adapt the story to fit the circumstances. : )
We did some cleaning this morning before the kids went outside to play. I got one load of laundry washed and dried before the rain came. It rained hard at nap time. Everyone went to sleep except Gilbert; he just rested.
We had tacos for supper. Gilbert asked if we could have popcorn after supper. I made popcorn, and we watched Annie. Gilbert said, "When Daddy comes home on Monday, that would be a great day for popcorn, Mom." Bonnie said, "I'm pretty sure that will be okay, Gilbert."
Joe is doing fine. He got our vehicle loaded up today. He will load Dan's vehicle after church tomorrow. Then, they will head back to Ghana on Monday morning.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
