Bonjour,
We had a good day at church. We are all feeling better today too.
I started out with six in my class this morning and had sixteen by church time. I did not have a helper for Sunday school, but L.F. was there for church. He did our yard work when we lived in the other house; he is Bonnie's friend. She was offended this morning because another little boy was sitting by him. That little boy isn't quite two, and he is afraid of the white people. L.F. tried to get Bonnie to sit next to the little boy, but that wasn't good enough. So, he scooted over so that Bonnie could sit on the other side of him.
The attendance was down today with 48 in attendance. But, the services went well.
We came home, had lunch, took naps, and headed back to church again. The power went off toward the end of the service. It was off at our house too. The power company said that it was load shedding and that it would be back on around 11:00. It came back on around 9:30. That was a blessing! Now, we don't have to wait up to turn the generator off.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
