Bonjour,
The karate teacher came this morning. The kids were excited about that. While they were doing karate, Joe and I went to Bassam to look for some oscillating fans. The first ones we saw were old, rusted, and falling apart. That wasn't what we were looking for! We did find some new ones for a decent price. We bought three of them so that we could give the Posts' fans back to them. Then, we went to a couple little grocery stores.
Jennifer said that Bonnie did karate for a little bit. Then, she helped the guard wash their vehicle. Danny was so excited to show us the moves that he learned with a wooden sword today. Danny knowing how to use a sword could be dangerous!
It rained this afternoon. There was a big clap of thunder, and the power went off. When it tried to come back on, it went right back off. The electrician came over to find out what had been hit by lightning. It was a power strip in the kitchen. Thankfully it was just the power strip and not the things plugged into it.
This evening, the kids were taking a bath in a large bucket. It was Danny's turn. As he was leaning over to get a bar of soap, Bonnie went in and tipped the tub over. Gilbert came running out to tell us that Bonnie had just dumped Danny out of the tub.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
