Bonjour!
We are all doing well. We have all gotten over the colds that came with the
rainy season.
Church went well on Sunday. Joe had a meeting with all of the Sunday School
teachers on Sunday night. He is going to be overseeing that department
again for awhile. We will start doing lessons for the different age
groups. Jeanette, the national pastor’s wife, and I will also be teaching a
class for the ladies.
The Litsons’ vehicle broke down on Sunday. Matt spent the day at the
mechanic on Monday. Joe went to see if he could help. He took them to get

Joe went with Dan and Jimmy. Dan buys things in bulk and has also found
some little Lebanese shops that sell things that are hard to find here. He
showed Joe where some of those places were. Gilbert had a good time playing
with the boys. Danny didn’t want to miss out on anything. He took a very
short nap.
Yesterday, Joe went into town to help Matt take one of his church members to
the doctor. Matt’s vehicle is still down. The engine has to be rebuilt.
We went to the Litsons’ church in Belleville last night so that they would
have a ride to church.
Today, Joe is taking Matt into Abidjan to look for the car parts that he
needs. We had the Litson girls come over to our house for awhile. Now, we
are over at their house. Our computer is still down.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny
