Bonjour!

This morning, we went into town. Joe and Gilbert ran some errands while

Danny and I waited at the clinic. Danny weighs 18 lbs. now. He had to get

more shots today.

As soon as we got home and walked into the living room, Gilbert said, “Fan.”

He knew that we needed to turn the fan on right away! It rained last night

and cleaned the dust out of the sky. It is a very bright, hot day today.

The mechanic was able to find a water pump. It got in late this afternoon.

Missions With the Consfords

Ghana Field Journal — Serving the Lord for Over 25 Years

These daily journal entries document the Consfords’ missionary life across Ivory Coast and Ghana. Over 1,630 entries capture the church planting, the hard days, the answered prayers, and the everyday reality of following God wherever He leads. Browse the full archive or join the Consfords as a prayer partner.

Joe took the vehicle back to the mechanic. They got the new water pump

installed. There is still a problem with the fan. So, he will have to take

the vehicle back to the mechanic on Monday. Joe got back home a little

before 8:00 this evening.

The mechanic was also able to find a fuel pump that hasn’t been taken apart

several times and put back together again; the fuel pump that we got in Ivory

Coast is leaking for that reason. The fuel pump should arrive next week.

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny
