The last few days have been full of activities, fellowship, and unforgettable moments on our Navajo mission trip experience. We’re just getting started, but already, God is at work, and it’s a blessing to be a part of it.
🌌 Stargazing in New Mexico
After a long day of driving, we stopped in New Mexico at Pastor Hudson’s campgrounds for the night. It was nearly midnight when we arrived, but the sky was ablaze with stars. I couldn’t resist staying up to capture a few photos of the brilliant night sky. The beauty of God’s creation made every minute of lost sleep worth it.

🚐 Onward to Arizona
Wednesday morning, we toured the campgrounds briefly, then loaded up the RV and hit the road for Arizona. After a few hours of driving, we arrived at the camp—already in full swing. Without missing a beat, we jumped right in.
From meals and games to chapel services and preaching, every moment was filled with purpose. Bro. AJ Nichols and Pastor Jerry Ross delivered powerful messages, and each altar call was filled with hearts making decisions for Christ.

🏕️ Life at Camp and a Climb to Remember
Wednesday night, we parked at one of the church properties for some much-needed rest. But by Thursday morning, we were back at it—heading back to camp to join the kids in games and laughter.
A few of us guys decided to go on a little adventure, hiking up a nearby rock hill. Goofing off, climbing, slipping, laughing—it was a highlight of the week! Once we descended, the afternoon continued with lunch, a chapel service, singing and preaching competitions, and finally, a powerful evening service that lasted from 6:30 until well after 10 PM.

🎙️ Sharing the Word and a Little RV Trouble
After Thursday’s service, we recorded short testimonies before settling in for the night. It’s now Friday morning, and while we’re headed to a mechanic (the RV generator quit on us), we’re also getting ready to help with camp cleanup and prepare for Sunday services.
And if you want to hear the Word preached in Navajo and other Native languages, take a moment to tune in to Native Bible Radio. It’s a unique and moving ministry broadcasting God’s Word across tribal lands.
🙏 Why It Matters
This Navajo mission trip experience has already changed how I see the world. From the joy of new friendships to the depth of worship in the desert, it’s clear: God is doing something special among the Navajo people.
