Study Day 04/19/24

This morning, I got up, read my Bible, and went downstairs for some breakfast. After breakfast, I started my studying. I studied for a good bit of the day for the midterm we have tomorrow. I still need to study for another quiz we are having, but hopefully that does not take too long as I still need to study a good bit more for the midterm. 

We had a good afternoon. After lunch, Bro. Ruckman and I headed out to do a few things, including getting our hair cut. After getting a few things at the store while we were out, we headed back to the house. When we got back, I did a bit of studying before needing to go out and get ready for Bible club. We had a good class time. The kids were wound up at first, but they settled down and really paid attention to the lesson. As the class was ending, I decided to fly my drone for a bit. Only a few kids saw it, so it was not much of a distraction to the game Mrs. Angie was playing with the kids. After passing out the toffee, I let a few kids watch as I landed the drone. Once I landed the drone, it was time for the kids to head home. 

Once everyone was gone, we had supper. While we were out, Bro. Ruckman and I had picked up some chicken for supper. I have had it once before, and it was spicy; but I ate it again this evening, and it was a bit more spicy than it was the last time. Just before we sat down for supper, the power went out. Unfortunately, it is still out; so, we probably won’t have power for the rest of the night. 

I was able to do a little bit of studying by flashlight; then, Bro. Ruckman turned the generator on. I was able to take a shower and do a bit more studying. I am planning to wake up early to study in the morning.
