W'apow mu e,

We had a wild morning at church.  The voltage was very low.  So, we could not use the fans or lights today.

We had twice as many children as we normally have.  By church time, I had 46 in my class which included at least six who were under two.  I held one little girl the whole time, and she fell asleep.  Gilbert was outside with two little ones who would not stay seated or quiet.  I told him that he was my nursery worker today.

The lady who helps me during junior church told me during handshaking that she was not coming to class because she could not find her lesson.  I told her that she had to come and that she could just teach a different story.  I helped her find her story.  Dan had used that same lesson packet for the Sunday School hour, and he did not know that was the same one she was using for junior church.

Joe said that the morning service went well.  He has been going through the Bible story by story on Sunday mornings.  He is teaching about Abraham right now.

Danny has a bad cough triggered by allergies which in turn has triggered his asthma.  He was having a rough time this afternoon.  So, I kept him home this evening.

Joe and Dan were the only two at church tonight, but they had the church service as normal.  There was a big soccer match on TV tonight; that must have been where everyone was.  The power was back on at the church this evening.

Bonnie had a splinter in her foot.  We worked on it a little bit this morning but did not get it out.  We resumed the “surgery” tonight.  She cried and cried, but Daddy did get the splinter out.

Nantsew yie!
