Third Missions Conference in The Past Few Weeks

I have officially experienced three weddings, three missions conferences, a trip to a different country, a pastor’s conference, and many other new things. I have also preached five times in the last three weeks. It has definitely been very busy with Bible Institute and all the other activities; but all in all, it has been a good ninety-four days. Day 100 is coming fast. I will definitely be letting y’all know when that day is.

This morning, I got up, read my Bible, got ready, and got all of my stuff packed up. I had a very good night of rest. Once I had all my stuff ready, we got everything loaded up in the truck. We were then off for breakfast at the Trianos’ house. Mrs. Triano had a feast prepared, and everything I ate tasted wonderful. Once we had finished breakfast, Bro. Triano, Bro. Ruckman, and I had a good time of fellowship.

Once we had finished up at their house, we drove to the church. Once we got there, I took the drone up. Bro. Triano wanted a few videos; so, I was happy to do it for him. We had a great service. The song services were excellent. The church specials were very good, and they even have an orchestra.

After the service, we drove to KFC to have lunch with Bro. Triano and some of the men from the church. We had a good time of fellowship. Bro. Ruckman was able to begin witnessing to a man who was sitting at the table that we sat at. After Bro. Ruckman had witnessed for a good while, one of the men from the church began to make a friendship with him and continued witnessing to him.

Once we had finished lunch, we began our drive home. We had a good drive home, and I was able to get a little nap in, which was nice. When we got home, I worked on stuff on my computer. We then left for our church service. Richmond led the singing, and Bro. Steven preached. During the service, it began to rain; and by the end of the service, it was pouring.

When the service was over, it was still raining; so Bro. Ruckman had to take some of the people home. At one point, he thinks there were at least twenty people in his truck. 🙂 Once he got back, we headed home. When we got home, it was still raining. Right as we went in the door, the power went off.

Bro. Ruckman tried for a while to get the generator started, but he was unsuccessful. Actually, I think we were out of gas. After we had been in the house for about twenty minutes, the power came back on. Praise the Lord, AC and hot showers tonight!!! After the power came back on, we ate supper.

It is currently 9:26 P.M. Bro. Ruckman is on the phone with one of his sons, and Mrs. Angie has retreated to her room. I am currently sitting in the living room typing the blog because the rain has brought in some very nice, cool weather. Now that I am finished, I think I am going to my room to take a shower and head to bed.
