I have no clue what to call the days anymore; so I am just labeling it “Another Day.” This morning, I got up, read my Bible, and got ready for the day. Once I had gotten ready, I headed downstairs to see what was going on for the day. Mrs. Angie was already busy preparing for Thanksgiving. I am not sure what Bro. Ruckman was doing; but knowing him, he was busy doing something.
We had a man and his wife come service all of the air-conditioners, as there will be a couple staying with us for a few days. While the service man and his wife were here, Bro. Ruckman and Mrs. Angie went to visit a lady in the church who just had a baby boy. While they were out, I watched the service man do his thing. Once the Ruckmans got back home, I went to my room and practiced my guitar for a good while.
By the time I had finished in my room, it was lunch time. I made some toast, heated up some of the leftover pork from last night, and made a really good sandwich. After lunch, I went back up to my room, practiced for another good while, and relaxed.
Then, I went outside and worked on our road for a while. There is a really deep ditch that causes our tires to spin when we back out of the compound. I tried to work on it, but I do not think I got very far. After I worked on that, I went back inside. I turned my ac on for a bit so I could cool off for a bit. After I had cooled down, I took a shower. I figured I would sweat at church, but I needed to get cleaned up before we went.
After I had gotten cleaned up, we ate supper and left for church. We had a good service. After the service, I chased all the kids around for a while. By the time I had finished that, I was sweating like crazy. After we played around at the church for a while, we headed home. When we got home, I took another shower and then talked to my brother for a while.
I am currently on the phone with him. He is at a friend’s house, and they have deer at their feeder right now. They can see the deer from the front porch. This is driving me crazy. 🙂 But I love to hear about deer and deer hunting. Well, it is currently 11:10 P.M.; so, I had better go to bed.
