Bonjour,

Joe went visiting this morning. It started raining hard around 10:00
and didn't let up until after 2:00. It cooled things off nicely. It
was even a little chilly at church tonight, especially for the Africans.

Joe had some good visits. They did a lot of walking.

Lenell did a Bible club with the girls at the Belleville church today.
That went well in spite of the rain.

I did some laundry and got some things done around the house. Gilbert
and Danny played outside until it started raining. When it really
started coming down hard, Danny didn't know what to think. He wanted
inside in a hurry.

The boys and I took a nap this afternoon. Joe had to go back to the
mechanic with Matt's vehicle so that they could finish it. He left our
vehicle in town today so that they could start getting it ready to be
painted. It has a lot of rust. Joe said that it is quite a sight right
now. There are big pieces of rusted metal that have been cut out. They
will weld new pieces on.

When it was time for church, they hadn't finished with the vehicle yet.
Joe took a taxi home. We rode to church with Bob Engelhart since he was
preaching at the Belleville church tonight. Church went well. When it
was time to start, there were only a few people there. After about
thirty minutes, there were 35 people there. After church, Bob took us
back to get the vehicle.

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny
