Bonjour,

Joe went up to the church for a while this morning. When he got home, we went to Abidjan. We went to the grocery store and then got pizza for lunch.

Before we headed to town, Gilbert said, “I need pizza, Mama.” Then, when Joe got home, he said, “Need Daddy get pizza Gilbert.” As soon as we finished at the grocery store, Gilbert told us which way we needed to turn to go to the pizza place.

Both boys fell asleep on the way home. Neither one of them took a nap this afternoon. Danny fell asleep after we went for a walk.

Gilbert was ready for bed early tonight. He said, “I sleepy Gilbert.”
