Bonjour,

Gilbert is feeling a little better today.  He did not wake up hurting in the night.  He has had a bad headache off and on today but no fever.  He slept a lot today and is just taking it easy.  We did a little of his school work, but he got tired quickly.
Joe took Danny and Bonnie to school this morning.  Then, he came home and worked on a sermon.  He left about 11:00 to do some bulk shopping before he picked the kids up from school.
Gilbert and I rested this afternoon.  Gilbert slept for almost five hours.
Danny did his homework without any complaints.  He usually wants someone right there watching him, but he just did it today.
I stayed home with the kids tonight since Gilbert is down with malaria.  The power went off at 7:30.  I called the power company.  They said that it would not come back on until 6:00 in the morning.  I asked if it was just for tonight or if it was "load shedding."  He yelled, "6:00 AM!" and hung up on me.  I guess he didn't even listen to what I was asking.  I tried to start the generator but could not get it to stay running.
Danny and Bonnie both fell asleep on the couch waiting for Daddy to get home from church.  Joe said that church went well; there were seven in attendance.
Joe filled the generator up with diesel, and it started right up for him.  He said that the fuel was probably too low when I was trying to start it.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
