Bonjour,

The boys were keeping a close eye on Daddy today.  Gilbert saw Joe putting his socks on this morning.  He said, “Where are you going, Daddy?  What are you going to do?”

We are going to take a trip to Ghana next week.  So, we had to take the paperwork to the Ghanaan embassy to get a visa for Danny and Bonnie.  The other three of us have a five-year multi-entry visa for Ghana.  We all went into Abidjan so that we could be with Daddy.

It was about lunch time after we got the paperwork turned in.  When Joe got back in the car, Gilbert said, “What are we going to do next?”  Joe said that maybe we should eat some lunch.  Gilbert agreed.  He thought we should eat at a restaurant.  So, Joe took us out to eat at Akle.  We had their yummy chicken strips.

Then, we headed home.  We all got a nap in.  Joe was going to take the boys swimming after naps.  When he went out to the pool, he discovered that our guard had left the vacuum in the pool.  So, there wasn’t much water left in the pool.  The boys went wading while Daddy watched.

Margie called to go for a walk just after the boys got in the pool.  Bonnie was asleep.  So, it was just Margie and I on the walk today.

The boys have been busy playing with their new toys tonight.  Danny kept going to sit with Daddy in his chair.  He says, “I want up, Daddy.” as he is trying to climb up into the chair.

Bonnie likes the jungle gym.  While we ate supper, she was lying there cooing away at her toys.  I had to get the video camera out.

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
