Bonjour,
Joe went into Abidjan with Bob Engelhart this morning. They went to see the director of customs to turn in the paperwork for the container. Joe wasn’t sure exactly where to go; so, he went straight to the director’s office. The director told him that he wasn’t supposed to come there first, but since he was there, he talked to him for awhile. He said that he would personally walk the paperwork through. He is the one that can lower the taxes on what will be charged for the things in the container.
The boys and I took a nap this afternoon while Joe worked on more paperwork for the container. It rained this afternoon right at walk time; so, we didn’t go for a walk today.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny
