Bonjour,
Merry Christmas Eve!
Joe went visiting today. Then, he had to go into town. He took Dan and Stephen out to lunch and finished his errands from yesterday. He said that the traffic was terrible.
I made cookies and Koolaid for Bible Club this morning. Only nine came for Bible Club. About ten more showed up after we were finished. They did not want to leave at noon. I had to follow them off of the property to get them to leave.
Gilbert is feeling better today. He was starting to feel a little run down again around lunch time. But after a nap, he was fine.
Our cat disappeared while we were gone to Accra. LF was feeding her but said that after Tuesday night, he could not find her anywhere. Either a critter got her, or someone took her for Christmas dinner.
I made the dough for cream cheese bread for tomorrow morning. The dough has to chill overnight.
We made pizza for supper. The boys helped me put the dough in the pans and put the toppings on. Bonnie set the table.
After supper, we got the laundry folded and put away. Then, we sat down and read the Christmas story. We sang some Christmas carols. Then, the kids each opened one gift. They have been asking all day when it would be time to open one present. Joe was teasing them and telling them that we would just wait until Nana and Papa come. Joe's parents are coming to visit us January 1-11.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
