Bonjour,

This morning, the kids did not want to wake up.  It took them a little while, but they were all ready to go out the door when it was time for school.
I did some cleaning and laundry this morning.  I took a nap this afternoon; I had a sinus headache.  I feel better this evening; now, I seem to be losing my voice.
Joe has been putting all of the church financial records on the computer.  He worked on that this morning.
The kids had a good day at school.  Gilbert brought his first spelling list home tonight.  He doesn't know when the test is supposed to be.
Joe found out what happened in Danny's class yesterday.  The boys who told on Danny didn't have the story quite right.  The teacher asked Danny a question.  He didn't give the right answer; so, she told him to go to the back of the line.  On his way back, he started crying.  Some boys laughed at him for crying, and the ones who laughed got sent to the principal.
Bonnie's class watches some type of Teaching My Baby to Read DVDs.  She was telling us the words that they have been working on.  "Hippomopotamus and gorilla, Mom, those are my words."
Joe took the kids swimming after school.  I made pizza for supper.  Danny helped me with the pizzas.  He likes to help put the toppings on the pizza.  Gilbert set the table without being asked.  He said, "Look, Mom, I made the table for you, and you didn't even have to ask!"
After supper, the boys did their homework.  Joe had to go meet with someone in the church.  After homework, we watched Monk with Kristine.  Then, I gave the boys a haircut.  Danny was complaining about his head itching before the haircut; he said, "Mom, I think it itches because I have too much hair."  Gilbert said that the people here call a haircut a "barb."  So, both boys were asking for a "barb." Then, Bonnie said that she needed a "barb" too.  I trimmed Bonnie's hair a tiny bit so that she could have a "barb" too.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
