Bonjour,

Joe went visiting this morning. They had some good visits. He stopped by the house after they finished their visits. Gilbert got to ride back in to Anyama with Joe and Alfred. He liked that.

This afternoon, we had the Litsons and Engelharts over for cake and icecream for Danny’s birthday. Danny got more presents. He got some bath toys and some digging toys. One of the bath toys is a frog that sprays water like a sprinkler. Gilbert really liked that one. He could hardly wait to take a bath so that he could see what that frog did. He really likes frogs right now for some reason.

Margie, Sarah, and I took a walk. The kids stayed at the house with Joe and Matt and played outside with the new digging toys. Just as we got back from the walk, Bob got home. He teaches an institute class in Bingerville on Saturday afternoons. His vehicle is still down; so, he had to take a taxi.

Danny walked around the room several times today. Gilbert pretends that he is Danny and walks to me like Danny walks. Gilbert says, “Walk to Mama!” and staggers toward me. He is a mess!

Tomorrow morning, Joe is preaching at the church in Bassam. There are a couple men in that church that work in Bonoua. After church, Dan Post, the two men, and Joe are going to go to Bonoua to look around again; they will eat lunch there. The boys and I will stay with Jennifer and their boys for lunch.
