Bonjour,
This morning, we drove out to Bassam. We had planned to wait to look
for a house in the Bassam area until after our furlough, but Dan Post
called us on Friday and said that a house in their neighborhood had
become available. We went to look at it this morning. It needs some
work, but it looks very promising. The guardian took our number and
said that the landlady would be in contact with us. She called a little
while later and said that she would like to meet us tomorrow at 10:00 at
the house. Please pray that she will be willing to work with us on the
price and allow us to make the repairs as part of our rent.
We ate lunch with the Posts. We decided to stay with the Posts tonight
so that we wouldn't have to go all the way home just to turn around and
come right back in the morning.

We had a good time of fellowship this afternoon. Joe bought pizza for
everyone for supper. There is a French restaurant in Bassam that makes
pizza.
The boys had a great time playing with the Post boys. Neither one of
them took a nap today. They finally crashed this evening. Bonnie went
down after they did.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
