Bonjour,
Thank you for praying for Emily. After 36 hours of labor, they took the
baby by c-section. John Adrian Craig Nelson weighed 6 lb. 5 oz. Mother
and baby are both doing fine.
This morning, Joe and the boys swam for a little while. The rain has
been coming in the afternoons; so, they got it in this morning before
the rain came.
While Bonnie was asleep, I rested for a little while. She is starting
to sleep a little better at night. I was coughing last night and didn't
sleep very well.

I made a big potato salad for our missionary get-together tomorrow. We
are going to celebrate Jennifer Post's birthday as well as the 4th of
July. We are praying that the rain will hold off for our picnic.
This afternoon, we got a nap in. Joe worked on getting the washer and
dryer hooked up to the regulator. These voltage regulators must be
cheaply made. This one shorted out and took the dryer down with it. We
were talking about looking for an electric dryer. Joe called Bob
Engelhart to see if he had priced them before. Bob said that he
hadn't. A few minutes later, he called back and said that they had an
old electric dryer that they weren't using that we could have. That was
a blessing!
Joe went over and got the dryer this evening. He has been keeping the
washing machine and dryer busy tonight trying to help me get caught up
on the laundry.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
