Bonjour,

I have found a faster way to upload pictures to the blog. I just
haven't figured out how to put a caption under the pictures yet.

Picture 1: "Is it morning already?" (We wake the kids up around 6:00
to be out the door by 6:45.)

Picture 2: This is the type of bug that has been "biting" me. It has
a little stinger. It might bite and sting or just sting or just
bite. We aren't sure!!

Missions With the Consfords

Ghana Field Journal — Serving the Lord for Over 25 Years

These daily journal entries document the Consfords’ missionary life across Ivory Coast and Ghana. Over 1,630 entries capture the church planting, the hard days, the answered prayers, and the everyday reality of following God wherever He leads. Browse the full archive or join the Consfords as a prayer partner.

Picture 3: Can you identify this bug??? We think it might be in the
wasp family.

We had Cowboy Cake for breakfast, unless you are Bonnie; she had
"cowgirl cake." It is actually coffee cake, but if we call it that,
the kids think it has coffee in it and will not touch it.

Joe took the kids to school. Harmattan is back with a vengence. The
dirt is so thick in the air today that you taste dirt as soon as you
walk out the door. Joe had to stay indoors as much as possible
because it was making him have asthma.

We did some office work today. I was working on finding things for
taxes. Joe did some work on the computer.

Joe picked the kids up from school. The kids went outside to play
with the Luthers. The Harmattan dust is bothering Gilbert too; he has
a runny nose and a cough.

I made pizza for supper. After supper, the boys did their homework.
Then, we worked on birthday cards for Daddy. His birthday is
tomorrow. We were trying to keep it a secret, but the children were
not very discreet. Danny started to show his to Daddy and then
remembered that it was a secret. Bonnie took hers right over to Daddy
for inspection. Oh well, it is the thought that counts! : )

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
