Bonjour,
Joe spent the whole day cutting down bamboo again. They got the rest of
what they needed and got it all taken to the church. They will work on
the reconstruction of the building next week. Joe didn't get home until
after dark. The boys were so excited to see Daddy.
The boys got a little remote controlled helicopter for Christmas. They
have to help to fly it. Gilbert wanted to fly it this morning, but Joe
didn't have time. He told Gilbert that they would fly it when he got
home. Gilbert kept asking if Daddy was coming yet. When it started to
get dark outside, Gilbert said, "Mom, Dad's not coming home; it's
getting too dark for him." I assured him that Daddy was coming home.

I did some cleaning today. I cleaned the air conditioner filters. They
were quite dirty due to all the dust in the air from harmattan.
After supper, they flew the helicopter for awhile. Bonnie and I
watched. Everyone had fun.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
