Bonjour,
We got the ninety-day extensions on our visas today. Praise the Lord! Thank you for praying. The boss man just wanted to make sure that we knew he was the boss, I guess.
Joe took the kids to school this morning. Then, he did some work on the computer.
We went into town this morning. We stopped to check on the visa situation first. The man told us to come back this afternoon to pick up the passports and that everything was fine. We went to the post office and had a couple packages to pick up. Then, we went to Planter's Lodge for lunch; they have a new chef, and their food is really good. We did our grocery shopping and still had a couple hours before it was time to pick the kids up from school; so, we went home and got everything unloaded from the vehicle.
Joe brought the kids home. Then, he went to pick up our passports. We are legal for ninety more days! Hopefully we will get the quota approval before the ninety days run out so that we can begin working on our residents' visas.
The kids played with the Luther kids for a while after they looked to see what they got in the packages. After supper, we did hidden object searches and puzzles. The power went off, and the generator battery was dead. Joe got it fired up. The power came back on just in time for bed time.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
