Bonjour,

The power went off at 5:00 this morning.  It came back on while we were at church.  It went back off at 8:00 this evening and looks like it will be off for the night.  Oh well, at least we can turn the fans on with the generator.
We had a good day at church.  Joe had lined up other men to preach today since he had planned to be in Ivory Coast for the fifth anniversary Sunday of the church in Belleville.  Due to the attempted robbery at our house last Sunday, Joe cancelled his trip and has been working all week on beefing up the security.
Brother Fred from Brother Morgan's church preached this morning.  I was in junior church, but Joe said that he did a good job.  We had thirty-three in the six and under class today.
Brother Dan preached tonight.  He did a good job too.  We are doing some Scripture songs on Sunday nights and Wednesday nights.  So, I am playing my clarinet for the evening services.  Tonight, Joe let people request a hymn before we did the Scripture songs.  The boys just say a number that sounds good to them; so far, we have known all the ones that they have chosen randomly.  By the last Scripture song, my lip was done in; but, I made it through.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
