I typed an e-mail last night, but for some reason it did not send; it just disappeared.  So, I’ll try it again.

Bonjour,

Happy Mother’s Day!

We had a good day at church.  There were 67 in attendance this morning.

Joe taught the Adult Sunday school class and preached the morning message.  Today was Pentecost Sunday.  People gave greetings in several different languages.  Several people sang in their tribal language.  Lenell sang in English.  I sang one verse of a song in Russian and one verse in English.

We started out with five in our class and ended up with seventeen.  The children really participated well today.  They are starting to catch on to things.

Joe made lunch for me for Mother’s Day.  He barbecued hamburgers and made macaroni and cheese.

We called our moms for Mother’s Day.  It was also Lori’s, Joe’s sister, birthday.  Gilbert sang Happy Birthday to her.  He sings a different rendition each time.  This time, he ended with “Happy Birthday Dear You.”
