New Year’s Eve!!!

This morning, I woke up at 7:30. I typed the blog I had forgotten to type yesterday. After that, I got ready for the day and went downstairs for breakfast. After breakfast, I finished gathering my stuff for the day; then, we were out the door headed to church. There were very few people when we got there, but everyone slowly trickled in through the Sunday school hour.

We had a great Sunday school and morning service. After the service, we handed out gifts to everyone in attendance. It is fun to see the joy on people’s faces over a few simple goodies. After we had passed out the goodies, we stayed around and talked for a few minutes; then, we headed home.

When we got home, we had chicken, rice, and green beans for lunch. After lunch, I sat in the living room with the air going for awhile. Then, I went up to my room for a while. We then had supper.

After supper, we started getting things ready for our watch-night service. We are leaving at 7:20 P.M., and our service starts at 8:00 P.M. I am typing the blog before the service because I know when I get home I will want to be in bed as soon as possible. We are planning on a great service, and I am looking forward to having a good time. Happy New Year!
