Bonjour!
Church went well this morning. Joe had seven in his Sunday School class.
After lunch, Gilbert and I took a nap. Around 3:00, Joe and Gilbert went to visit Martin at the boarding school. He had requested Mountain Dews today. Joe also took him some lunch. But, when they got to the school, Martin wasn’t there. The teachers are still on strike; so, they sent the students home. Martin’s cell phone wasn’t working properly; therefore, he couldn’t call us. He was at church tonight.
Church went well this evening. There were fifteen in attendance tonight.

Joe is going to Accra in the morning with the Wideners. The Wideners will see Brother Wideners’ parents off on Tuesday morning. Then, Joe’s Mom will arrive on Tuesday evening. They will spend the night in Accra and come to Takoradi on Wednesday. It is about a four-hour drive from Accra to Takoradi.
We are going to stay with the Davises on Monday night. We were going to stay with the Machs, but they have some kind of flu bug that they are passing around at their house. We will come back home Tuesday evening. So, you won’t receive an e-mail tomorrow. The Davises do not have a landline phone. They have to come into town to check their e-mail.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, and Gilbert
