Bonjour,

This morning, Joe took the boys into Abidjan to do a little grocery
shopping. Bonnie slept the whole time that they were gone; so, I was
able to get some things done around the house.

This afternoon, we worked on supper preparations. We also decorated.
Tomorrow is Lenell's birthday. So, we invited her and the Engelharts
over for supper tonight. Gilbert and Danny were excited about a
birthday party!

Missions With the Consfords

Ghana Field Journal — Serving the Lord for Over 25 Years

These daily journal entries document the Consfords’ missionary life across Ivory Coast and Ghana. Over 1,630 entries capture the church planting, the hard days, the answered prayers, and the everyday reality of following God wherever He leads. Browse the full archive or join the Consfords as a prayer partner.

We had a fun evening. We had supper. Then, we had cake. Gilbert was
eager for Lenell to open her presents. Both of the boys wanted to help
her open them. After that, we all watched some of the Olympics.

Tomorrow, we are going to have a get-together with all of the
missionaries at a new picnic spot. We are looking forward to that.

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
