Bonjour,
We talked to Joe and Dan this morning. They had a service last night in
the village. It lasted until 10:30. Then, they ate supper.
Lenell picked us up for church this morning. We went to church in
Anyama today. The services went well. After church, Lenell stayed for
the afternoon. Margie and Delores came over after lunch and stayed
until it was time to go back for church. We had a good time of fellowship.
We rode to church with Lenell. She brought us home and ate with us
again. She stayed to play a game with us.

We talked to Joe and Dan tonight. Something that Joe ate last night has
really bothered his stomach. Dan only took one bite of the futu, but
Joe ate more of it. He thinks that is what did him in. He has made
frequent trips to the bathroom today. There is one "bathroom" in the
whole village. It has three walls, a partial door, and a hole in the
middle of the floor. He is going to start taking a medicine for
parasites and one for bacterial infection. Please pray that this will
help and that they will be able to make it home tomorrow without difficulty.
Joe said that the services and the baptisms went well today. They were
headed to another service when we talked to them this evening. They
were going to eat another meal, but Joe was going to avoid eating if at
all possible.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
