Bonjour,
Joe went visiting with Matt this morning. I have been down all day with a stomach virus. When Joe got back from visiting, I went back to bed. I did sit up for a little while this evening and am feeling a little better.
This morning, Danny was playing with a car. Gilbert wanted to play with that same car. He knows that he isn’t supposed to take things from Danny; so, he came up with another plan. He said, “I want to play patty-cake with Danny,” in hopes that Danny would clap his hands and put the car down. Gilbert went through the whole patty-cake thing, but Danny kept holding on to the car.
This afternoon, several boys from the church came by. They brought some seeds from a rare fruit so that Joe could plant the seeds in the back yard with our other trees. They played soccer for awhile in the back yard. Gilbert had a blast with all of those boys. Danny got in on the action too.
Joe made all of the meals today since I wasn’t feeling well. He is such a good Daddy!
