Bonjour,
Gilbert ran out of his room this morning saying, “Birthday party!” He was so excited about going to the ocean.
We left the house about 10:00. We stopped at the store to get a few things and then headed to the ocean. We got to the place first. So, Joe got the kite out, and they flew that. Gilbert had fun watching the kite go so high.
Then, the others started arriving. We ate lunch around 1:00. Then, the kids played while the adults fellowshipped. We had cake and then opened presents. Margie’s birthday is on Thursday, and Tammy’s is on Saturday. So, we celebrated all three birthdays today. We had a good time. We left there about 5:00 to head home.
When someone would tell Gilbert, “Happy Birthday.” He would say, “Thank you. Happy Birthday.” He was also telling everyone, “I three years old.”
We took a few pictures before the camera batteries died. We did get the rest on video. We will send some pictures later after we get the batteries charged again.
We got stuck in some traffic on the way home. We got home around 7:00. After supper, the boys played with all of Gilbert’s new toys. Everyone is ready for bed this evening!
