Bonjour,

This morning, Joe went to the fire station with Charlie.  Charlie has been going there every Tuesday to give a devotion.  Joe is going to take over doing that since the Luthers are leaving.  After he finished there, Joe picked up the air conditioner and fans.
The kids were up early this morning.  Gilbert did two days worth of papers, and Danny did one day's papers.  So, they are even again.  Only two days left now!
I got some more laundry done.  It is nice to have the dryer up and running.  It still doesn't start occasionally; but after it rests, it fires up again.
This afternoon, Joe took the bus to Accra.  He got there about 7:00 this evening.  He said that due to heavy rains in Accra, the roads were flooded.  He had a hard time getting a taxi to take him to the guest house.
Gilbert has complained off and on today about his stomach hurting.  He didn't go up to the Luthers to play today. (Danny and Bonnie didn't go either since Gilbert wasn't going.)  He didn't want pizza at supper time; so, I knew he was sick!  He has thrown up a few times but isn't running a fever.  He went to bed early in my room with the air conditioner on.  The other two have their sleeping bags ready to put on the floor in there too.
I forgot to tell a story about Danny yesterday.  He had asked Joe to wake him up when it was time to go play with the Luthers.  Joe woke him up at 4:00.  Danny went out on the front porch to put his shoes on.  Twenty minutes later, Joe opened the front door and found Danny asleep on the front porch with the cat asleep on his back.  He had fallen asleep trying to put his shoes on.
Pray for Joe as he picks up Danny's passport tomorrow and travels back to Takoradi.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
