Bonjour!

This morning, Joe took the vehicle to the mechanic to get the clutch checked. A hose had blown. Gilbert went with Daddy. When Gilbert saw Joe getting ready to leave, Gilbert came and kissed me goodbye. He wasn’t even dressed yet. We got him ready so that he could go with Daddy. When he got home, he gave me a big hug. Then, he was ready to go outside to play with the water. He hadn’t been able to play with the hose for awhile since the city water hadn’t been on. It has been on the last couple days for most of the day.

We did some more packing today. We have decided to leave for Ivory Coast on Wednesday instead of Tuesday. We have quite a few errands to run on Monday. We would have been really rushing to get all of that done and get the trailer loaded all on Monday.

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny

Bonjour!

Joe picked Mack up this morning to go get the tent set up. I rode with Jackie and the kids.

When we got to church, Jackie wasn’t feeling well. So, she went back home. I taught Sunday School for her. We had 43 children this morning.

After Sunday School, Joe wasn’t feeling well. He was very tired and light-headed. He rested all afternoon and is feeling better this evening.

Church went well this evening. Mack showed his slides to show the people here what he had shown to all of the churches in the States. I think they really liked seeing those.

Everyone took turns holding Danny at church this evening. No one held him for long because he is heavy! After church, Gilbert enjoyed playing with the Siekbert children and a few other children that came to church.

Danny is starting to crawl. Joe took some pictures on his cell phone this evening.

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny
