Bonjour,
School went well this morning. Danny got to do an art project today. He loves to be able to cut things out. Gilbert likes cutting too; he decided to try cutting his hair the other day. Danny has already tried that. I guess he didn't learn his lesson because he told me today that he really needed a haircut and that he was going to have to give himself one. I told him that if he cut his hair, he wouldn't be able to use his scissors at all. He said, "Not even for projects?" I said, "No." He decided that it was not a good idea to cut his hair.
This morning during Danny's Bible story, the teacher was asking questions. She asked who were the first people to sin. He said, "Adam and Eve." Then, he asked me, "Mom, why did they do that?" I told him that we are all sinners. He said, "Not me! I'm a good guy."
Bonnie has been throwing up all afternoon and evening. She is running a slight temperature. We think it is just a flu bug and not malaria, but we will keep a close eye on her.
Joe got the "laundromat" project finished today. He extended the water pipe so that both washing machines could be connected. Both machines are up and running. Our dryer is down; that is the next project.
A demain,
Joe, Laura, Gilbert, Danny, and Bonnie
