Hosted by First Baptist Church of Dwight, Illinois (fbcdwight.org), the Midwest Christian Boys Football Camp is a week-long summer event that brings together thousands of young men from across the country. They come for the competition, the camaraderie, and the experience—but they leave changed by the preaching.

13 Years and Counting: Our Family at Camp
This year marks our 13th consecutive year attending the Midwest Christian Boys Football Camp. It’s become a cornerstone of our family’s spiritual calendar. Each year, we clear the schedule and make the long trip north because we know what happens there can’t be replicated anywhere else.
- I (Joseph) serve as a referee, helping with game coordination and mentoring young men on the field.
- Gilbert, now a young man himself, serves on the media crew, capturing the power of the preaching and the excitement of the games.
- Danny is attending his final year as a camper, having grown up under the influence of this incredible ministry.
Every year, we come home with stories of God moving in hearts, friendships strengthened, and lives forever changed.
