W’apow mu e,
Joe took the vehicle to the mechanic first thing this morning.  The brakes went out on his way home last night.  He came back to the house in a taxi and then took the Aarons’ vehicle into town.  (We are keeping their vehicle while they are on furlough.)
Our refrigerator and our water pump have both been on the blink.  He was able to get new ones today.  He also got printer cartridges for our laser printer.  We have not used that printer this term because we didn’t have cartridges for it.  When he went to plug it in, he thought that it was 110 or 220 like most printers are, but this one wasn’t.  It burned up the power supply; hopefully we will be able to get that fixed.
I am still not feeling too perky.  I am just trying to take it slow and easy.  I took a long nap this afternoon.
Joe got the new water pump installed this afternoon.  The kids were outside watching him.  Gilbert got his sling shot and was watching for things in the bush.  He spotted a few birds, squirrels, and a pine martin (in the weasel family), but he didn’t hit anything.
Then, the kids helped Joe with the new refrigerator.  He got it inside, and they helped him transfer everything over to the new refrigerator.
Please pray for my sister Emily.  She will go to the hospital tomorrow morning (Wednesday, August 15,) to be induced for the birth of their third child.
Nantsew yie!
