This morning, I woke up at 6:15, got ready for church, then had a little bit of breakfast. A few minutes after 7:00 A.M., Prince and I went out to round up kids for the bus route. We only had four come today, but four is better than none.

Missionary on Fire Podcast

Preserving the Legacy of Faithful Missionaries

The Missionary on Fire podcast features interviews with veteran missionaries, classic sermons from the field, and stories of God’s faithfulness across generations. If you love the heart behind these stories, you will love the podcast. New episodes regularly.

All of the services went well. After the service, we had five people baptized. Once everything was finished at the church, I rode with the bus kids back to their village. After we dropped them off, I headed back to the house. When the Ruckmans got home, we had some lunch; then, I headed up to my room to get a rest.

After my rest, I got ready and left for choir practice a bit earlier than usual because it looked like it was going to rain, and I wanted to beat the rain to the church. Thankfully, it did not rain until after I got to the church. We had a good choir practice and service. After the service, we had a church business meeting; then, we all headed home.

Once we got back to the house, we had some supper and then parted ways for the evening. I have already gotten cleaned up, and I am currently lying in bed, soon to go to sleep.

An action packed Sunday for sure. Glad you had so many baptized. My paintings are in the window with a curtain over them. Glad that is done. Praying for you!
