This morning after I woke up, I read my Bible and went downstairs. I worked on editing some pictures and then ate a delicious breakfast which Mrs. Angie had prepared. After breakfast, the power went out. Bro. Ruckman turned the generator on because the electrician was working at the house. We had the plumber come by a few days ago to work on a problem, but he did not fix it properly. With the pressure the generator puts on everything, we had the toilet that had just been fixed start leaking. Thankfully Mrs. Angie caught it in the early stages before it flooded the whole downstairs

After a while, the power came back on. After we had lunch, I got ready and headed over to the church to push mow the entire property. It was a long, strenuous task, but I got it done. At 11:00 A.M., the weather was already saying it was 91 with a real feel of 108; so, I know when I was working that it was much hotter than that. I think the high for the day was 95. When I got home, the power was out again; so, Bro. Ruckman turned the generator on so I could get a shower. I did not feel well for a few hours from the heat, but thankfully I am feeling a bit better now.

After a hot afternoon of trying to relax, it was time for supper. We had a variety of leftovers and then got ready for church. Once we were all ready, we were out the door. We had a good church service. When the service ended, Bro. Ruckman discussed some things with the adults for a while; then, we left the church at 9:15.

When we got home, the power was on; but after a few minutes of being in my room, the power went out. I am currently lying on the floor while I finish up the blog. Now, I am going to try to get some sleep.
