Bonjour,

Joe went visiting with Max this morning. They had some good visits.

Before Joe left this morning, he and Gilbert were watching some fishing. Later, Gilbert was “helping” me with the dishes. He said, “I fishin’, Mama!”

Just after Joe got home, we had some heavy rain. After naps this afternoon, we all rode into Abidjan. We needed to get a new card to be able to get online.

When we got home, we went to see the Litsons for a little bit. Margie was over there too. Gilbert came into the kitchen, took Margie by the hand, and in his sweetest little voice asked, “Aunt Margie, want to swing?” He likes someone to push him on the swing. After Sarah’s cookies came out of the oven, we went outside for a little while.

The boys were playing ball together tonight. Danny would pick it up and throw it about a foot. Then, Gilbert would kick it around a little before bringing it back to Danny.

Danny tried to eat a spider tonight. Joe caught him just as Danny was looking at the spider in his hand and moving his arm to put it in his mouth. Yuck!

A demain,

Joe, Laura, Gilbert, and Danny
