I will send the daily e-mail later. I just wanted to give you an update
on David Messer. The Litsons took Allison to get a shot today. Since
they were right there, they went to see David. He is still not very
responsive. Sarah said that his eyes did flicker a few times, and he
raised his arm up once.
They did find out for sure that it is cerebral malaria. They did a
spinal tap to make sure that it wasn't meningitis. His blood counts
were very low; so, he had to have a blood transfusion today. His
kidneys are functioning properly, but he may have some liver damage.
Please continue to pray for David and his family.
