W'apow mu e,
Joe took our vehicle to the mechanic this morning. There was something that was loose that needed to be tightened. Then, he went into town to go to the post office.
Tomorrow is my birthday. The kids were asking what I wanted for my present. I told them that I would like to have the office all clean for my present. So, we worked on that this morning. There was a flood while I was gone to the States, and there were lots of things that needed to be sorted. Gilbert helped me arrange things in the cabinets, and the office looks much better.
Then, the kids worked on birthday cards for me. I wasn't allowed to look. Gilbert said that he didn't know if I would be able to read what he tried to write. Danny will ask how to spell things, but Gilbert just tries to sound them out. I told him that I'm sure it will be fine.

Bonnie's arm is still bruised but doesn't seem to be bothering her as much as it was.
After naps, the kids went swimming. They are enjoying their last week before school starts again.
We got some DVDs in the mail today; my dad sent some DVDs that he made of our trip to Idaho while I was in the States. The kids enjoyed watching one of those this evening. They thought that their cousins had grown a lot.
Nantsew yie!
