Back to Work

This morning, I got to enjoy one more ocean sunrise. After I had flown my drone, I went back to the room, did my Bible reading, and got packed up. Then, Micah and I went and had breakfast. After breakfast, I walked on the beach for a little bit and was able to find a few shells before we had to start getting our stuff loaded up in the truck.

Once everything was loaded up, we took the keys to the rooms back and were on our way back to the house. We had a very bumpy ride, but we made it back to the house in record time. When we got back to the house, I rested in my room for a bit before needing to do some chores Bro. Ruckman had. First, I refilled our electricity cards in case we run out of prepaid; then, I washed the truck. After washing the truck, I was drenched, partly because of the water hose, but mostly from sweating.

When I got back to my room, I took a shower and rested for a bit. The afternoon went by pretty quickly; and before I knew it, it was time for supper. After supper, we got ready and headed to church. We had a great church service. After the service, the adults talked for quite a while; so, I was able to talk and have a good time with some of the kids at the church. Once the Ruckmans were ready and all the kids had been sent home, we headed home.

Once back at the house, I took another shower. Then, I talked with my mom for a bit. I am now about to head to bed.
