This morning, after I woke up, we had Fante class. I held our teachers baby for quite a while to try to get him to stop crying. After a while, she fed him, and he went right to sleep. This was my last Fante class and the Ruckmans last, until their next term.
After Fante, I went to the church and got the weedeating done around the property. Once I finished there, I headed back to the house to try to repair the tarp that is over the dog pen. I worked on it for two and a half hours or so, but I donβt think it is much better than it was when I started. π€£π€£
After working on that, I waited for the Ruckmans to get back after they had gone out to do some things. Once they got back to the house, the Ruckmans talked with a couple separately. I tried to keep their kids from distracting the very serious conversations, but it was a lot of work. π
After the counseling finished at 8:30 P.M, we had supper; then, I went up to my room. Once I got in my room, I called Mom and Dad for a while because they were on their way to Dallas. Dad has to be at the airport at 4:00 A.M. and his first flight leaves at 7:40 A.M. He then has a four-hour layover in New York before flying to Accra. He arrives in Accra at 7:00 A.M. tomorrow, and then will have a few hour layover before getting on the last thirty minute flight to Takoradi. I will hopefully be able to see him by 1:00 P.M. tomorrow. πππ
Thirteen Days until I am back in Texas and 14 until I am home again.

Prayers for safe trip all around.
Again, you’ve had quite a time, now wrangling kids and the tarp. At least it wasn’t at the same time.
Praying for your Dad on that long trip! Your count-down is going so fast! Lots of love!
