Slow Morning, Busy Afternoon

This morning, I slept in a little, got up, read my Bible, got ready for the day, and then went downstairs. The morning was really slow, but I was able to edit some videos on my computer.

I had leftover sloppy joes for lunch. After lunch, I sat around the house for another good while. After a while, Bro. Ruckman and I went out to run some errands. We tried to find chicken legs for our meal at the church on Sunday; but everywhere we checked, they did not have them. We were able to complete most of the other errands.

Once we got home, we set up for Bible Club. After Bro. Shadrack got to the house, Bro. Ruckman went back out to get the chicken legs. He was able to find a place that had them; so that is good. I got to lead the singing for the Bible Club. Bro. Shadrack asked questions, and Mrs. Angie taught the lesson. Overall, everything went well.

After Bible Club, we ate supper, then got ready for discipleship at the church. When we got to the church, the power was off. We were not able to do discipleship like normal, but we were able to sing songs outside for a while. Then, Bro. Ruckman taught a lesson on Honoring Your Parents. Once we had finished up at the church, we headed home.

I am now in my room typing the blog while Bro. Ruckman and Mrs. Angie are on the phone with one of their sons. It is currently 8:52 P.M.; so, I should be able to get some studying in. I will then get cleaned up for the night and head to bed.

I have made a 95% on the last two quizzes I have taken. We have mid-terms tomorrow; so, please pray that I will do well on those. One good thing is that the mid-term is over the quizzes we have already taken; so, all I have to do is study my last five quizzes, and I should do pretty well. Please, Please, Please pray that I do well.
