This morning, I got the opportunity to sleep in a little. I got up, ready my Bible, and worked on some stuff on my computer. I did not leave my room until 9:00 A.M. or so. After I left my room, I went downstairs and had an apple pie for breakfast. (They are small, personal apple pies. I did not eat an entire apple pie.) After I had eaten, I continued working on some stuff on my computer.
Bro. Ruckman had left at 8:00 in the morning with Bro. Triano. They went to one of the local churches, which is in Agona. On their way there, they ran into traffic. They were hoping by the time they had finished visiting the church that the traffic would be cleared, but it was not. Instead, Bro. Ruckman saw the worst traffic jam since being in Ghana. He said he wished I was there to fly my drone up over the miles of traffic. They did not get home until 3:00 P.M.
While they were out on their grand adventure, I was able to work on stuff on my computer, rest, and take it easy. Around 5:00 P.M., Bro. Ruckman called and needed me to open the gate for him. They had just gotten KFC for supper. We were able to have a good supper. After supper, I noticed the clouds and the sun were looking like they were going to create a nice sunset. Well, I noticed correctly; so, while everyone else was getting ready for church, I had my drone in the air photographing the sunset and small villages around the house. I have seen better sunsets, but at least I was able to get some drone pictures of this one.
We left for church at 6:30 P.M. I was able to get everything going, and we had another great service. After the service, we all had a good time of fellowship. I have made friends with Pastor Prince’s son whose name is Matthew. He is a very energetic young boy, but he is fun to mess with. After we finished up at the church, we headed home. Mrs. Angie had fresh brownies, which were very good. We were all able to fellowship at the table for a little while, which was fun.
I am now in my room typing the blog. Once I am done, I will be off to get cleaned up for the night. The services did not go as long as they have been. It is currently 10:39 P.M. I think that is all for today. I am sure I will have another action-packed day tomorrow.
