Back to Takoradi

This morning, I woke up at 5:50 for the sunrise. Once I got outside, I got my camera and drone set up to get the perfect pictures. If you want to see the majority of the pictures, you can go to my Facebook page.

We were able to enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Once the sunrise was over, the Ruckmans took a walk down the beach. While they were out walking, I relaxed in my cabin. We had breakfast around 8:30 or so. After we had finished eating, I went to my room to pack up my stuff and to wash off the shells and things I had found.

Once I had finished packing, I went back out to do some couple’s photos for the Ruckmans. The lighting was not the best, but I made do. After a few pictures, it was time to get loaded up and hit the road. Bro. Ruckman was able to get us to the house in record time.

Once we had gotten unloaded, I went up to my room for a rest. After my rest, I did a few things for Bro. Ruckman and then worked on the puzzle for a good while. I was able to get a lot accomplished. I think the puzzle will be finished within the next few days.

After working on the puzzle for a while, I headed up to my room to enjoy the AC for a few minutes before it was time to get dressed and ready for church. We had leftovers for supper and then finished getting ready for church.

Once we got to church, the Ruckmans talked to a few people for a while before the service. We had a great song service and heard a great message on pride. The message was powerful and much needed. After the service, I had some kids ask me questions for a few minutes, and I tried to answer to the best of my ability.

We are now home with the generator going because the power is off in the whole area. We are praying it comes back on soon. I have already taken a shower; so, all that is left is to close my eyes and go to sleep.
