This morning, after waking up, I read my Bible and got ready for the day. Once I was ready, I stayed in my room for a while. We had no plans for today; so, we just kind of took things easy.

I did a few small projects around the house. This afternoon, we were able to watch a movie together. Halfway through the movie, we went to KFC and got some supper. The power had been out since 8:50 this morning; so, we decided to make supper easy on ourselves. A little while after getting back to the house, the power came on at 6:08 P.M.
I am really hoping the power is not off all day tomorrow. The weather has been really hot, and it gets pretty miserable during the day, but we are surviving. I was glad to be able to get a shower this evening after a long, hot day. Thank the Lord for electricity!
